Ele está de volta com este Ep "How blue was my sky", uma piscadela de olho ao filme "How Green Was My Valley" de John Ford. As referências cinematográficas continuam a ser uma forte influência no trabalho de Kubik.

"How blue was my sky" is Kubik's newest incursion in the raw IDM's territory, where Victor once again uses obscure cinematographic samples, combining them with dry and stripped down, sometimes chaotic beats, in a language that is now his very own.
